We will be diving deep with clarity and purpose to help keep us driven and intentional as we download the new templates in an ever evolving world.

2.5 hours of Creativity, Focus, Introspection, Meditation, Journaling and Creating a Personal Mission Statement.

Receive templates and links to guide and support your intentions + invitations to chakra meditations that I will be hosting throughout the year.
