You are invited to an Ayurveda Love Soup on February 12th.  The intention of this evening is to experience a deep level of LOVE and appreciation of one self and others. 

We will start will a beautiful Love Meditation into our hearts, followed by a brief talk on the Ayurveda philosophy and importance of love and its place in our lives.  A few tips on how to us herbs to spice up the romance will be shared.

Poems of RUMI, HAFIZ, NERUDA and others will be shared, please feel free to bring any of your own as well.

The menu will include a nurturing  Ayurveda Healing Soup also known as SOPA DE AMOR prepared by me.  We will also have a basmati rice dish with sweet purple beets and zucchini, asparagus and other vegetables in season and two love drinks.
