In this class we will explore  effective ways one can enhance the mental faculties for optimal brain power.

You will learn the top foods, herbs and supplements that nourish and promote mental clarity, good memory, good sleep and stress relief  as well as, ancient breathing techniques and yoga postures that enhance overall mental performance.

We will begin with a meditation to prepare you for a great class.  Everyone can benefit from this knowledge and seniors and students receive a two for one promo.
